Try this if you want to avoid boring your guests with PowerPoint presentations all day

In today’s episode of Event Ninja News I show you simple ways to make sure you’re not boring your guests with endless PowerPoint presentations.
Watch this week’s episode for my full description or keep reading for a quick overview.

Let’s face it… sitting in a conference room all day, listening to PowerPoint presentations, no matter how interesting they are, can get a little tedious. Especially if an event runs for several days.
Why not get creative and structure some sessions a little differently…
Swapping boardroom or classroom style set-ups and presentations with a semi-circle of chairs, flip charts and posters, can turn just another conference session into something much more interactive and fun. Where delegates can join in and thoughts and ideas are listened to, it’s also a great boost to team building.
Another little tip for displaying posters; get your venue to provide you with some poster boards and invest in some Velcro dots. It’s the easiest way to hang posters (AND make sure they come down easily at the end of the day!).
Do you have any tips or stories you’d like to share about how keep your conference sessions interesting? I’d love to hear your thoughts. Leave me a comment below and I’ll be sure to reply.
Keep running events, connecting people and changing lives.
x Kim
