Hi there,
Do you dread creating sponsorship documents? If so, you are not alone. I feel a tremendous amount of relief once this document has been created and is ready for sending.
There is a lot of pressure riding on a sponsorship document as this one document has to entice people to spend money supporting your event.
In today’s episode on Ninja News I share my must have sections of a sponsorship document, including:

Event overview Event details The audience What are we seeking your help with? Or, What are we asking you for? (you could include a sponsor matrix here) What you will get in return? Testimonials Thank you and contact details

I would love to hear from you, do you have any great ideas that you have included in a sponsor document? Leave a comment below or simply reply to my email.
Keep running events, connecting people and changing lives.
x Kim
