Why every event manager needs to know about Google Sheets

Today’s Ninja News Video is all about why you should be sharing your event documents on Google Sheets.

Do you create event run sheets, registration lists, speaker lists, event budgets, sponsor lists…and more? As the event manager you are often the master of each and every list and run sheet, often ending up with over 20 versions of the same document.

When someone has a question about timing, guest numbers or “has Bob Smith registered yet” this uses much of your precious planning time. By sharing your documents online and granting access to others in your team, your clients and sometimes suppliers you can save yourself many hours, emails and phone calls.

Oh and don’t worry, you can lock your sheet so only certain people can edit it, it can also be downloaded and saved offline.

If you haven’t already, I urge you to head on over and check out Google Sheets we use them all the time and wouldn’t go back.

Do you use Google Sheets? I would love to hear about your experiences, head on over and pop them in the comments section.
