How do I encourage people to make event related decisions quickly?
Kim Hesse
Today’s question comes from Isabella. Isabella has asked “How can I ‘encourage’ clients to quickly make up their mind about events and get them to make decisions?”
I love this question because it can also apply when you need decisions from colleagues or your boss.
I have split the answer into three areas:
1. The answer you get is only as good as the question you ask.
2. Provide context as to why you are asking the question.
3. How can you go the extra mile by providing information that will help make a quick decision?
Do you have any tips or ninja tactics that you use? I would love to hear about them, feel free to post in the comments below.
