The question I would like to ask you today is this “Do you display your name on your enquiry page?”
Why you ask? When an event planner finds your venue either via your website or a venue directory, majority of the time they choose to contact you directly either via phone or email. How much nicer is it if they have your name and can ask for you directly? It’s these tiny little elements of customer service that will set you apart in the marketplace.
