THE MISSION: Simple & Complex
The menu offerings are made with familiar yet distinctive ingredients, delivering innovative yet familiar food & flavours, with an evolving beverage list that compliments. To also reflect this concept, the venue’s design too, emanates an ambience of simple sophistication.
The dining experience is centered on our Chef’s concept, where creations are made, finished, and presented directly to the customers from our fully opened galley kitchen. This is closely coupled with an intimate, comfortable, and relaxed dining room comprised solely of banquette seating.
All of it is hidden within the venue which partners with a lounge bar that serves both as a prelude or sequel to the beautiful dining experience, or simply a cozy place to chill and get a tasty beverage.
