Day delegate packages and accommodation options are available as well as offsite dinner options. Fitzroy Island Resort is home to the annual Blue Water Fishing Competition, Cairns Yacht Club Sailing Regatta, and Master Reef Guides Marine School. We have also hosted a range of other groups such as an Astronomy conference with attendees from NASA to a media launch for a new product from Seiko.

The Rainforest is located on the first floor at Fitzroy Island Resort and boasts natural daylight, beach facing balconies and sensational views overlooking the magnificent Welcome Bay. The Rainforest Room offers an intimate wedding, dining, business events or meeting space catering for up to 40 guests.

Located on the ground floor and level 2, these spacious Suites have only partial ocean views and filtered views through the trees to the beach. Air-conditioned with ceiling fans, in both rooms, Queen size bed, plasma TV, lounge and dining area, en-suite black marble tiled bathroom. Sleeps maximum 4 (extra guests sleep on a sofa bed).

Consists of an Ocean Suite and a Resort Studio with a shared entrance to each room. Please note that these rooms are not interconnecting, but have two doors with separate locks opening from a shared entrance room that is not lockable. Sleeps 4 to 6 guests – Rate is based on 4, additonal guests can use sofa bed for a fee.
