SEA LIFE Melbourne Aquarium combines Melbourne’s most unique function venue with tantalising menus and excellent service. With five spectacular spaces to choose from, guests will wine and dine surrounded by thousands of amazing marine animals - right in Melbourne’s CBD.
At SEA LIFE Melbourne Aquarium you can even dive in the tank to welcome your guests - imagine being immersed in the 2. 2 million litre Oceanarium and greeting guests as they walk through the spectacular underwater tunnel!

Coral Atoll
A magnificent floor-to-ceiling tropical display welcomes your guests to the versatile Coral Atoll. Some of the most magnificent tropical animals in the world create an unforgettable feature right in the heart of the event space, which also boasts stunning views across the Yarra River. This amazingly-vibrant space also features an up close glimpse of SEA LIFE Melbourne Aquarium’s 5-metre saltwater crocodile, surrounded by the rocky backdrop of the state-of-the-art Croc Lair exhibit. Accommodating banquet seating for up to 400 and cocktails for up to 600 people, this is the largest event space at SEA LIFE Melbourne Aquarium, perfect for corporate functions such as award dinners or product launches.

Upper Deck
A completely unique dining experience, the Upper Deck event space is set amongst a lush Rainforest inhabited by freshwater turtles and the world’s largest collection of Archerfish. Venture out to the outdoor deck, where you and your guests can relax with a cocktail while soaking up the stunning views across the Yarra River, truly one of the most spectacular and exclusive views of Melbourne’s city skyline. Yarra Room
The Yarra Room is a light, fresh space perfect for a leisurely lunch or your next inspiring conference venue. Boasting views of Melbourne’s iconic Yarra River, this space can sit a maximum 140 theatre style and a maximum 150 cabaret style. Special seating styles are also available for conferences. The only event space available during the day, guests can also take advantage of all-day entry into the aquarium.
