We have 11 conference rooms catering for up to 450 people. (Below is a brief overview of some of our most popular airport meeting rooms at Mascot). Our luxuriously decorated, pillarless Mascot Ballroom has room for up to 450 cocktail style guests or 280 banquet style guests and can be segmented into three rooms of equal size. For smaller Mascot events our Rosebery, Kurnell and Kingsford rooms allow for groups up to 40 guests to be accommodated, theatre or banquet style.

The largest pillar-less ballroom south of the Sydney CBD, this space caters to up to 450 guests’ cocktail style or 280 guests’ banquet style. Fully equipped with extensive audiovisual equipment and lighting control. It can be divided into three equally sized rooms.

One of our most popular airport conference venues, it features natural light and seats up to 70 guests theatre style, 50 guests banquet style or 30 guests in a U shape. It also features adjustable lighting and its own pre function area.
