In today’s episode of Event Ninja News I share with you the quickest and easiest way to schedule a meeting.
Watch this week’s episode for my full description or keep reading for a quick overview.
How many times have you needed to schedule a meeting and found it difficult to come up with a date, time and location that works for everyone involved?
And how many times has that seemingly simple task ended up with your inbox overflowing with the back and forth it takes to settle on something suitable?
Well, you’re going to wish you’d heard this tip a LONG time ago!
Let me introduce you to Doodle…
www.doodle.com
It’s the simple way to decide on dates, places & more (according to their tagline!).
You don’t even need to create an account (although it’s probably a good idea) and best of all, like all the good time and money saving things we love here at V2E… it’s free!
It’s super simple to use… just set up a poll with some options for dates and times, along with a location. Doodle provides you with a link you can send to your attendees which they use to select which option/s work best for them. Then all you have to do do is find one that works for everyone!
So easy! Imagine using this to set up something like a venue site inspection by starting with plugging in the dates and times that the venue is free. Give it a go… I guarantee your inbox will thank you for it!
Do you have a great way to schedule meetings? I’d love to hear your stories. Leave me a comment below and I’ll be sure to reply.
Keep running events, connecting people and changing lives.
x Kim
