On-site Registration, do you have Alphabet Letters? Why you should and how to get them…
Kim Hesse
Today’s episode of Event Ninja News is only 49 seconds and worth the watch if you are responsible for setting the registration desk at your events.
This one tip will not only save you time but also save your guests time when arriving to collect their name badge.
If you would like your very own copy of what we call our Alphabet Letters (very technical name) I have also included the details of our fabulous printer below, who has done Ninja News readers a deal of $33 plus postage.
Watch this week’s episode for my full description or keep reading for a quick overview.
Alphabet Letters are the quickest, cheapest and easiest way I have found to set a registration desk.
Essentially they are business card size with a big bold letter of the alphabet printed on each card.
Sit these at the top of your registration table and place the name badges (in alphabetical order by surname, of course) underneath the corresponding letter. Easy!
These letters travel with us to each event and are still going 2 years after we had them printed. Get your set today by contacting our fabulous printer on the details below. Tell Clint I sent you and he will look after you:

By the way, if you need any other printed material for your event, chat to Clint he really is a legend and we LOVE working with him. He makes printing miracles happen for us.
Do you use a similar format for your registration table? I’d love to hear your thoughts. Leave me a comment below and I’ll be sure to reply.
Keep running events, connecting people and changing lives.
