In today’s episode of Event Ninja News I share with you one of the best way’s to spend $20 on your next event. This one tip can help you transform your stage, it’s also super cheap, quick and a great way to brand your event.

Lectern Signs are the quickest, cheapest and easiest way to brand your event stage.
By adding a Lectern Sign you can instantly brighten up your stage and it looks a whole lot better in event photographs than a blank lectern…or a venue branded lectern.
Step 1
Ask you venue what the design dimensions of their lectern are.
Also find out how you attach your lectern sign (velcro, blutac) or sometimes the sign is built into the lectern in which case it’s best to ask the venue what the cost is for them to print and install it for you.
Step 2
Send the dimensions to your graphic designer or create one yourself (for free) using www.canva.com
Don’t forget to add 5mm bleed/trim marks around the entire edge of your design.
