Designed with the modern clientele in mind, our 11 spaces are versatile and can accommodate small to large conferences, meetings and events alike.
Being the only airport space with vehicular access, our Grand Ballroom is spacious, light-filled, providing 320sqm of pillar-less conferencing spaces which includes 4m high ceilings the Grand Ballroom can accommodate up to 400 delegates and is ideal for all types of themeing and event setups. The Ballroom also enjoys direct street access, which allows event managers to “park their car” in the ballroom!

The Novotel Sydney International Airport provides onsite parking on the western side of the hotel with fees charged on a structured hourly rate, to a maximum $25.00 charge for overnight parking.
Transport Services around the hotel
The Novotel Sydney International Airport is a short 25 minute drive to/from the Sydney CBD, subject to your time of travel. Located near to the M5 onramp and exit (a key motorway linking with the majority of Sydney), the hotel is easy to access from all directions around Sydney.
The closest train station to the Novotel Sydney International Airport is Wolli Creek, where trains to/from the city depart every 5-10 minutes. Wolli Creek station is a short 10 minute walk along the Cooks River, through Cahill Park and involves crossing the Princess Highway at the traffic light intersection.
For guests travelling in the evening from the city to the hotel via public transport, we suggest catching the train to the International Terminal and linking up with the airport shuttle service to take you direct to the hotel. This route will provide increased visibility and support should you require assistance.
A shuttle service is also available to guests between the hotel and the domestic and international terminals of Sydney Airport. This service is operated by a third party operator and runs to a timetable of 30-40 minute intervals between the hours of 4:30am – 11:00pm daily. The fee for this service is $7.00 each way per person.
