The spectacular Plaza Ballroom, situated in the heart of the Melbourne CBD on Collins Street, is renowned for its unique setting, award-winning catering and over three decades of experience in hosting many of Melbourne’s best events.

Enter through a small gate on Collins Street, descend the grand staircase into the foyer simulating a Spanish piazza and then prepare to marvel at the intricate architecture, stunning original chandeliers, emblazoned high ceiling, decorative stage and versatile open floor plan inside the Ballroom.
Marriner Group Catering is managed by our Executive Chef, David Ricardo, and his award-winning team. We believe in creating a sensory experience for our guests with a particular emphasis on flavours and presentation.
