RACV Royal Pines Resort is one of the most versatile conference and exhibition venues on the Gold Coast. With conference facilities to accommodate groups from 8 to 1800 delegates, a pillarless ballroom with uninterrupted views from the foyer, 14 versatile meeting spaces, 8 of which contain natural light and a myriad of unique outdoor event venues allow our dedicated, professional team to create an event with a difference.

Royal Benowa Ballroom
Our impressive 1500m2 pillarless ballroom is the feature venue of the convention centre and opens out to the light-filled Royal Benowa Foyer. The Ballroom is multi-configurable and can be themed to suit any conference or event. The ballroom divides into three separate meeting being Prince, Monarch and Marquis Room.

With soaring nine metre high ceilings and glass overlooking the beautiful manicured Podium Lawns and world-class golf course, the Royal Benowa Foyer is perfect for trade exhibitions, pre dinner functions or refreshment breaks from the Ballroom. Our superb Podium Lawns directly outside the foyer can readily accommodate a Hoeckerdome of up to 3000m and is fitting for team building or machinery displays.

Norfolk Hall
This 250m2 hall has the versatility to be sectioned off into three smaller column free rooms: Jacaranda Room, Karrie Webb Room and Norfolk Room. Located adjacent to the Royal Benowa Ballroom, this space is ideal for breakout sessions. With a ceiling 4.9 metres high, the possibilities are greatly diverse and can seat up to 250 people theatre style.

Poolside Deck and Pool Area
Our contemporary timber pool deck overlooking our chic tropical pool is a great space for a cocktail party or dinner under the stars. Complemented by tropical gardens, our beautiful raised timber deck is the perfect spot for an alfresco dinner. The deck seats 180 delegates, while the whole pool area including the deck seats 300 or 700 cocktail-style.

Hydrate Bar
Hydrate Bar is a haven for those with a mature and sophisticated palate who appreciate a social drink in a fresh and modern environment. It is an architectural gem with pivoting walls, neon lighting, sleek, clean lines and massive floor-to-ceiling windows which overlook the golf course. Hydrate Bar has a comprehensive wine list, premium beers and spirits and also offers an extensive and inspired cocktail menu.

Executive Suites
The newly refurbished Executive Suites are located on the 22nd floor and are both a luxurious escape and an affordable indulgence. Suites on this floor have access to the exclusive Executive Lounge located on Level 21 where guests can enjoy full breakfast buffet, light refreshments during the day and evening canapés and drinks. Like the Executive Lounge, all Executive Suites include complimentary internet access. The Inverloch Suite, the Cape Schanck Suite and the Cobram Suite all feature spa baths with magnificent views from the bath and are a spacious 53m2. Alternatively, upgrade to the magnificent Torquay Suite which has a separate entertaining area, marble surrounds, leather couches and an in built Miele coffee machine.

Executive Rooms are located on the 18th and 19th floors. Guests on these floors have access to our exclusive Executive Lounge located on Level 21. Guests can enjoy full breakfast buffet, light refreshments during the day and evening canapés and drinks. Your choice of mountain, pool/park and coastal view rooms, there is also an option to upgrade to a spa suite. Executive Rooms also feature newly refurbished bathrooms and security card access to these floors

Each Spa Suite features a roomy split-level living/bedroom area with comfy lounge, luxurious décor and fittings, king size bed and marble bathroom with Jacuzzi spa. Pop in the spa with a glass of Champagne and soak up the wonderful views of either the mountains, pool, lake or coastline from the panoramic bathroom windows. Offering striking views of the Gold Coast skyline, the Coastal View rooms feature warm, neutral tones with a balcony for watching the sunrise. Generous in size, the rooms feature either two double beds or one king bed, and sleep three adults or two adults and two children. An extra rollaway bed can be supplied for $45 per night.

Superior Twin
Offering views over our world-class golf course and its picturesque lakes, Twin Rooms feature modern and contemporary decor with balconies to soak up the view. These rooms sleep a maximum of three adults or two adults and two children using existing bedding. A rollaway bed, if required, is $45 per night.

Spacious and contemporary, the resort’s Mountain View Rooms have been refurbished in calm neutral tones, with modern artwork and gorgeous views of the Gold Coast hinterland and mountains.
