About The Cambium
The Cambium is a unique property that is exclusively yours for your entire event. When curating special events at The Cambium we promote our philosophy of communal minded design, where thinkers gather to create meaningful change. We encourage guests to move around the property, celebrate and experience the unique natural bush environment here in Red Hill. When curating our events, we always look to offer moments of discovery and joy. This takes many forms, it may be an impromptu speech, moment of music or taste of something sensational. The Cambium houses three buildings nestled under the towering Manna Gums. One of the things that makes The Cambium so unique is that it is exclusively yours for your entire stay. We encourage you to make yourself completely at home alongside the wild kangaroos and native birds.

Function Rooms — The Cambium
Bespoke indoor and outdoor spaces to work, relax, gather and celebrate. The first building is The Stables and houses the business spaces (The Boardroom, Manna Hall (multipurpose room) & The Loft (business lounge) and some of our accommodation. The building is a converted stable, hence the namesake. The second building hosts the remainder of the accommodation. Throughout the property, all suites enjoy their own private view of the nature reserve or sprawling gardens. The Cambium Dining Room makes the third and final building, with a grand bluestone fireplace overlooking various outdoor entertaining spaces to enjoy and explore. Your group will be encouraged to wander throughout, take in the fresh air and explore. What’s ours is yours to enjoy throughout your stay!

The Dining Room
A grand, versatile space that can be styled to meet your requirements. Seats up to 30 people with a fully equipped commercial kitchen, bar, striking open fireplace, garden views and access to the courtyard and outdoor firepit. The Cambium works in partnership with highly credentialed chefs on the Mornington Peninsula.

Manna Hall
A unique multi use space for parties, meetings, yoga retreats, lunches, events, conferences, the list is endless. This room features glass-fronted whiteboards across one wall as well as a projector and a pull-down screen and a PA system. Our projector has HDMI connection and connects to in-house speakers so we can offer excellent sound opportunities

Accommodation — The Cambium
The Cambium has 10 boutique rooms onsite all with private ensuites, premium king or queen beds, banquette windows & views of the national park and gardens. The rooms vary in size and are designed for individual guests to enjoy their own space.

Boutique Suites
Each room has luxury linen, heating and cooling, bathrobes, yoga mats and premium herbal teas. Our accommodation packages include daily continental self-serve breakfast served in Manna Hall. Guests are also welcome to collect eggs from our resident chickens and cook their own hot breakfast. Please note that individual bookings are not available at The Cambium rooms must be booked under one group host name. From $460per room per night.
