Tiered Lecture Theatres
Melbourne Business School has six modern, tiered, Harvard-style lecture theatres available for hire - perfect for hosting conferences, training seminars, or information sessions. All tiered theatres include comfortable swivel chairs with built-in power points under each seat for attendees to keep their devices charged (if required). All tiered theatres are fully hybrid-enabled with fantastic acoustics, creating the perfect environment for your event. These state-of-the-art spaces include: 3 x projectors and screens; Inbuilt whiteboards and markers; 2 x confidence monitors (one at the front of the audience, the other on the back wall); 2 x lapel microphones (up to 4 microphones can be provided on request); Ceiling microphones- to capture any in-room questions and conversation; Zoom Rooms for video conferencing- utilising the inbuilt microphones and cameras; Presenter PC with wired internet; HDMI and USB-C connectivity; Apple TV connectivity; Crestron AirMedia connectivity; Wireless presenter ; Complimentary Wifi for all attendees; Power points at each seat; Onsite AV and event support

Melbourne Business School has five large, flat-floor rooms available for hire, offering flexible spaces that can be tailored to your specific needs. Each room can be configured in a variety of layouts- classroom-style, cabaret, boardroom, or theatre - creating the perfect environment for your next workshop, training session, meeting, or event. Some of the rooms have their own private breakout or catering space. All rooms are designed for productivity and comfort, fully equipped with state-of-the-art AV and multimedia systems, with the option to make them hybrid-enabled.

Dining and Event Spaces
Melbourne Business School offers a selection of versatile spaces for tailored events and presentations, including The Hub Cafe, Courtyard, and the MBS Dining Room. These bright, modern spaces are available for private use on request and are the ideal setting for catered presentations (ie: networking breakfasts, lunches, or dinners), formal dining events (ie: gala dinners, award presentations, reunions, and more), or relaxed gatherings with canapes and drinks. MBS Conference Centre
The MBS Conference Centre is a self-contained, flexible, and private space that can be tailored to meet your unique event and branding needs. This is a fully private space that allows for exclusive access to: three spacious flat-floor rooms (all equipped with AV essentials including a projector, screen, presenter PC, and Wifi), plus two breakout and catering areas, reception area, and six private meeting rooms. This venue is lead for hosting a branded conference, exhibition, presentation, workshop, or corporate event.

Meeting Rooms
Melbourne Business School has 27 meeting rooms available which are perfect for smaller, professional events and meetings. All rooms are arranged in a boardroom configuration and can accommodate between 1-10pax, depending on room size. They all come equipped with a projector or flatscreen TV with HDMI and/or bluetooth connectivity, whiteboard and sound system at minimum. Hybrid enabled rooms available also.
