Venue Proposals

Once you have your venue proposals back from your favourite venues and start looking at them to compare them you will find you REALLY have to look at them! They will come back in different formats which makes it time consuming to compare one proposal against another.

We give you a list of things to look out for when looking at your proposals to ensure none of your requirements have been missed or incorrectly quoted on, e.g. access times and if your audio-visual requirements have been included. Once you have gone back to each of the venues and had all your queries answered then and only then should you start to compare the proposals.
