Negotiation

Am I able to negotiate rates with venues? If so, what is up for negotiation? Anything is up for negotiation, you just have to ask. It’s not about getting your Venues and Suppliers down to the lowest price, remember we are all in this Event together.

Your Venues and Suppliers are a part of your team and will help you deliver an amazing event on the day. Negotiation is about the best outcome for everyone, about being fair and equitable and above all else having a good working relationship between all parties.
