Located on the Hobart waterfront at Victoria Dock, Pearl + Co is the latest addition to the Hobart evolving Bar scene and a very welcome addition to the waterfront. The great glass walls allow you to enjoy the view of the water and the local fishing fleets is a draw card.
It’s modern and bright with several witty little touches to the design. Couches for you to relax on, both in the sunny outside deck and inside and a bar stocked with many top shelf spirits. Local beer and cider on tap and a good selection of bottled local and international beers. Cocktails, shaken or stirred….. some classics and others with surprising innovations – all drinks beautifully executed and reasonably priced for a bar of this calibre
