From a casual outdoor BBQ or cocktail party to an elegant three course dinner, the event co-ordinators, in conjunction with the hotel’s talented chefs, can tailor a menu and beverage package to meet all styles and budgets. Tasmanian produce features throughout the menus and special dietary requirements are easily catered for.
